PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit increase in resistance associated with a bias in ion concentration.SOLUTION: A cell system comprises: secondary cells (10, 11) in which resistance increases depending on a bias in ion concentration associated with charge and discharge; and a controller (30) for controlling charge and discharge of the secondary cells. The controller restricts either one of charge or discharge of the secondary cells when a deterioration value (resistance increasing rate dR) defined by resistance is greater than a threshold value (dRth_on). As a result, when an amount of change (dR/dt) of the deterioration value after restriction is greater than an amount of change (dR/dt) of the deterioration value before restriction, the controller releases restriction of the either one of charge or discharge and restricts the other. |
