PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass panel separation method capable of removing a joint material and separating a sheet body from a glass plate in a glass panel such as a PV panel or a laminated glass panel.SOLUTION: To separate a solar battery cell unit 2, tabs 3, a glass plate 4, and a back sheet 5 included in a silicon-based PV panel 1, it is necessary to remove EVA 6 that bonds together the solar battery cell unit 2, the tabs 3, the glass plate 4, and the back sheet 5. To remove the EVA 6, the silicon-based PV panel 1 is introduced into a tunnel kiln 10 and heated in the tunnel kiln 10. If a temperature of the silicon-based PV panel 1 is rapidly increased, then the EVA 6 remains and it is impossible to separate the solar battery cell unit 2 from the glass plate 4. Furthermore, the glass plate 4 is damaged due to a rapid temperature change. Therefore, the temperature of the silicon-based PV panel 1 is gradually increased up to a set maximum temperature, and gradually decreased after reaching the maximum temperature. |
