PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery inspection method for determining minute short-circuit accurately by use of simple equipment in a room temperature environment.SOLUTION: A method for inspecting a secondary battery 1 includes an aging step (STEP-3) and a determination step (STEP-4). The inspection method includes a step (discharge step (STEP-2)) for discharging the secondary battery 1 to a prescribed voltage V0 where SOC is 0.01-0.05% per 1 mV, before the aging step (STEP-3), in defining a predetermined coefficient α (α=1.0) according to a capacity range (4.1-3 V) of the SOC. The voltage at the start of the aging step (STEP-3) (aging start voltage V1) is set to the prescribed voltage V0. |
