PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonconventional and epoch-making workpiece-surface treatment apparatus.SOLUTION: A workpiece-surface treatment apparatus for performing a surface treatment on a surface 1a of a transported cylindrical workpiece 1 includes a support member 2 that supports a circumferential surface of the cylindrical workpiece 1. This support member 2 is configured to have a predetermined length in a length direction of the cylindrical workpiece 1 and to be rotatable on an own axis of the support member 2. The support member 2 further includes a workpiece push-transport member 3 that pushes the cylindrical workpiece 1 on the support member 2 in the length direction of the workpiece 1, and that transports the cylindrical workpiece 1 in a length direction of the support member 2. The workpiece-surface treatment apparatus also includes a surface treatment unit 4 provided near the support member 2 and performing the surface treatment on the surface 1a of the cylindrical workpiece 1.
