The mouthpiece (8) in the cap has restricted rotation. A flat seal (11) between the cap and mouthpiece has a recess (13) interacting with a bore (9) of the mouthpiece (8) when drawing off the liquid. The flat seal has a through channel (14) through which the ventilation channel (6) of the cap can be attached to a ventilation channel (38) provided in the mouthpiece and opening into the atmosphere. The cap has a concentric protruding attachment (21) for the mouthpiece.
