Accessory fastener for rucksack lid

The lid (2) is fastened to the outer skin (1) of the rucksack by fasteners (3,4,5). Part of the lid edge has a channel (9) along which a pull-string (6,7) is contained. One end of the string is fixed to the lid or rucksack's outer skin, and the other free end (6',7') is led out through a channel opening (10). A tension piece (8) tightens the pull-string so that the edge of the lid is pulled against the outer skin of the rucksack. The lid has two edge parts whose first ends are fixed to spaced apart points on the side of the rucksack facing the wearer's back. The two edge parts run to the sides, facing away from the wearer to a middle and lower part of the lid towards the bottom side of the rucksack.
