PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read out sufficiently a plurality of displayed signs with a lessened number of light sources, make an apparatus simple, small, and light, lower the electric consumption, and manufacture the apparatus easily. SOLUTION: This digital switch to send out code signals corresponding to a displayed sign comprises a dial wheel 13, a display window 12, and a case body 11: and in the dial wheel 13, display signs are engraved in a ring-like circumferential part to become a display part and at the same time a through hole to show the display signs is formed in a wall part to become a supporting part, the display window 12 houses the dial wheel 13 in a freely rotatable way and is formed in the front side wall at position corresponding to the display signs of the dial wheel 13, and in the case body 11, a through hole 11d corresponding to the through hole of the dial wheel 13 is formed in a side wall.
