The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device comprises a bottom chassis which supports an LCD panel, and a mold frame. The mold frame is formed with a material having a thermal expansion coefficient which is different from the thermal expansion coefficient of the bottom chassis, and is molded on the boundary of the bottom chassis in order to receive the LCD panel. When the mold frame is exposed to heat, the mold frame has a separated space which is made by molding a partial section to be separated, in order to prevent the release of a combination state with the bottom chassis, caused by the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient. Provided is the liquid crystal display device capable of maintaining a combination relation between the mold frame and the bottom chassis by offering a separate buffer space for transforming the mold frame during an expansion or contraction state caused by heat. |
