A guide module of a manipulator adjusting device for rotating an arm member of the manipulator adjusting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a circular guide having a cylinder; a piston for rotating the arm member coupled to the outer circumference of the cylinder when gas is introduced or discharged by the piston partially inserted in the cylinder; and inlet and outlet parts formed in the cylinder to introduce or discharge the gas into/from the cylinder. The piston has a magnet, and the arm member has a coupling part coupled to the magnet by magnetic force.
