摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing 3-Hydroxypropionic acid from glycerol and recombinant microorganisms used therefor comprising: (a) nucleotide sequences coding glycerol dehydratase; and (b) nucleotide sequences coding gamma-glutamyl-gamma-aminobutyraldehyde dehydrogenase derived from Enterobactercloacae. According to the recombinant microorganisms and the method for producing 3-Hydroxypropionic acid using the same, the productivity of the 3-Hydroxypropionic acid from glycerol can be increased and the microorganisms can be cultured without extra cooling process necessary for culture, thereby economically improving the growth of the microorganisms and the production of the 3-Hydroxypropionic acid at the same time.
