PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that achieves high durability while improving reliability, two-component developer, and an image forming method.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises toner particles having a plurality of bumps of a styrene-acrylic modified polyester resin formed thereon on the surface of base particles containing a binder resin comprising a styrene-acrylic copolymer. The average height of the bumps is in a range of 50 to 120 nm; the average diameter of the bumps is in a range of 100 to 500 nm; and the average distribution density of the bumps on the surface of the base particles is in a range of 2 to 15/μm.
