PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device and an electronic apparatus capable of improving display qualities.SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes a pixel 40 which includes: a plurality of sub-pixels 41R, 41G, 41B having pixel electrodes 27R, 27G, 27B and a counter electrode 31, disposed opposing to each other, and emitting light in different colors; and a sub-pixel 41W having a pixel electrode 27W and the counter electrode 31 disposed opposing to each other and emitting white light different from the light from all of the sub-pixels 41R, 41G, 41B. The thickness of the pixel electrode 27W and the counter electrode 31 is controlled to be different from at least either the pixel electrodes 27R, 27G, 27B or the counter electrode 31 so as to substantially equalize the color of the white light W1 constituted by the plurality of sub-pixels 41R, 41G, 41B with the white light W2 displayed by the sub-pixel 41W. |
