PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament preparation appliance of novel structure capable of preventing an erroneous operation of separating a first tubular body from a second tubular body before mixing of a content of a first vial and a content of a second vial has been finished.SOLUTION: An inner member 25 provided with a first hollow needle 94 and a second hollow needle 128 is movably stored inside a first tubular body 12 and a second tubular body 14 that are coupled by coupling means 46 and 68 so as to prevent a releasing operation of the coupling means 46 and 68 when the inner member 25 is not moved to the side of the first vial 146. The medicament preparation appliance includes separation regulation means 36, 62, 92a and 92b that allow the releasing operation of the coupling means 46 and 68 when the inner member 25 is moved to the side of the first vial 146. |
