PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share power among a plurality of electronic apparatuses each provided with a secondary battery so as to appropriately control their remaining drive times.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 2 provided with a secondary battery 20 calculates remaining drive time T1 by obtaining information on remaining battery capacity of the secondary battery 20 and a history of power consumption of the electronic apparatus 2. The electronic apparatus 2 calculates remaining drive time T2 by obtaining from an electronic apparatus 3 provided with a secondary battery 30 information on remaining battery capacity of the secondary battery 30 and a history of power consumption of the electronic apparatus 3. The electronic apparatus 2 carries out power transmitting/receiving between the electronic apparatus 2 and the electronic apparatus 3 on the basis of the remaining drive time T1 and the remaining drive time T2.
