PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation apparatus which can be easily recovered onto a support plate disposed at a ground side even when an earthquake of an unexpected amplitude stroke occurs and the base isolation device is dropped outside of the support plate, and which can be easily exchanged with an existent device, and a base isolated structure employing a base isolated state cancel device.SOLUTION: A base isolation apparatus comprises a bundle member 11 of which an upper end is fixed to a base 53 constituting a structure 52; and a curved plate 21 which is fixed to a lower end of the bundle member 11 and with which a disc-like sliding member 25 supported on an upper surface of a support plate 64 installed horizontally on the ground is disposed in the center of the lower surface of the curved plate and a curved surface protruding downward is formed around the sliding member 25 on the lower surface.
