PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling liquid chromatograph capable of separation at a gradient mode, and difficult to cause contamination of a flow channel by backflow of a sample.SOLUTION: In a supply flow channel of a solvent, a solvent switchover valve is arranged, and a valve for enabling circulation of an introduced sample is also arranged. When the valve forms a recycling flow channel, in order to prevent contamination by the sample in the supply flow channel of a solvent and to clean all the flow channels, a damper is formed in the same flow channel as the exhaust port, and a valve is formed to always supply the solvent to the damper in the supply flow channel of a solvent. |
