PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making food weight measuring device that is conventionally unavailable.SOLUTION: A food weight measuring device is used for a method comprising: randomly extracting a plurality of foods B as samples from a plurality of foods A as a parent population; obtaining selected foods C by selecting them from among the plurality of foods B as the extracted samples with an appropriate selection method; and calculating a weight ratio of the selected foods C in the plurality of foods B as the samples to evaluate the plurality of foods A as the parent population.
