PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device in which a high-resolution digital signal is generated out of two-phase encoder signals showing phase change in a position or an angle of a measured body.SOLUTION: A signal processing device includes: analog-digital conversion means for converting two-phase encoder signals to two-phase digital signals; moving average processing means for performing moving average processing of a stage number of N to each of the two phase digital signals; interpolation processing means for performing interpolation processing to two-phase digital signals, to which moving average processing is applied, so as to generate two-phase high-resolution digital signals having a higher angular resolution than that of the two-phase digital signal; determination means for determining, for each of the two-phase high-resolution digital signals, an interval between adjoining pulses included in the high-resolution digital signal; and pulse removing means for removing pulses whose intervals are a prescribed interval or shorter. |
