PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling device that performs efficient optimization while avoiding a useless search.SOLUTION: A grouping rule database 6 stores a rule for grouping a request. A grouping processing unit 7 refers to the rule of the grouping rule database 6, and groups each request on the basis of a schedule input from an initial schedule generation unit 5. An optimization execution unit 8 uses a scheduling processing unit 4 and a schedule evaluation value calculation unit 3 so as to improve evaluation with respect to the schedule grouped by the grouping processing unit 7, and thereby changes a schedule in a group unit of a request. |
