PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding board which can be used by reversing the front and rear sides of the folding board and in which height can be adjusted.SOLUTION: A folding board 11 has: a plate-like seat part 13 placed on a floor surface; and a plate-like erect part 12 erecting from the floor surface. The folding board 11 has a first horizontal bent part 14a and a second horizontal bent part 14b. A vertical bent part 15, which extends to the seat part 13 and the erect part 12 in a direction crossing both horizontal bent parts 14a and 14b, is provided and bent in a state that the seat part 13 and the erect part 12 are stretched straight, so as to be folded compactly. It is selected whether the seat part 13 is bent to the front side or the rear side of the board by determining whether the bending location of the lower part of the board is at the first horizontal bent part 14a or at the second horizontal bent part 14b. The front and rear sides of the board are reversed to be used, and the height is adjusted. |
