PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of suppressing influence on steering feeling even if an inclination angle of a hull relative to a water level is changed.SOLUTION: A power steering device of a vessel rotates an outboard engine for generating propulsive force of a hull in a direction crossing an advancing direction of the hull mounted with a handle therein according to the handle operation. The power steering device includes an electric motor imparting auxiliary force assisting steering force for operating the handle and a target current calculation section 120 calculating target current IT to be supplied to the electric motor. The target current calculation section 120 changes target current IT according to an inclination angle of the hull relative to a water level.
