PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the file format for use in relay centers editable by having a debtor use general account transfer data conforming to the all-bank format and a creditor use account transfer data conforming to the all-bank format, performing collation by using account information expressed in a number as a matching key and setting a day.SOLUTION: A file format preparing apparatus has a data information storage unit 2 in which general account transfer data and account transfer data conforming to the all-bank format are stored; an account information and user information storage unit 3 that keeps under unified control account information on the users of an electronic credit recording organization associated with user numbers; a means of collating each individual set of account information stated in a header record and a data record of general account transfer data and account transfer data conforming to the all-bank format with account information in the account information and user information storage unit 3 by a number; a first memory storage unit 4 having a date information storage means provided with an operation screen 7; a second memory storage unit 5; and a maintenance unit 9. |
