PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve protection of copyrights by suppressing unauthorized viewing and duplication of a content which exists indoors when a user views it by using an outdoor device and to prevent content transmission from deviating from a range of personal use.SOLUTION: A content reception device for accessing an indoor content transmission device from outdoors previously performs first authentication processing and processing for sharing outdoor access information to be required when accessing from outdoors between the own device and the content transmission device, and causes information on the content reception device and the outdoor access information to be registered in a device information table of the content transmission device. When accessing the indoor content transmission device by using the content reception device carried outdoors, the content transmission device transmits a content to the content reception device, provided that the information on the content reception device is registered in the device information table of the content transmission device and second authentication processing by using the outdoor access information is successfully performed between the devices.
