PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device, a driving support method, a program and a medium, which can achieve proper automatic braking while preventing engine stall.SOLUTION: A driving support device 1 comprises: calculation means 2a that calculates a collision time TTC on the basis of the distance between a front object and a vehicle and a relative speed thereof; and braking control means 2 that performs braking with a braking force according to the collision time TTC. In the case of avoidance of collision, the braking control means 2b determines an end of braking according to the collision time TTC . |
