PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a carbon group allotrope which has an orderly crystal structure and which is producible, and to show producibility of the same.SOLUTION: In a carbon group allotrope, an atomic nucleus exists in the center of a cube, free electrons exist on eight apexes of the cube, and the eight free electrons are shared with eight respectively different other atomic nuclei. Especially in a rectangular coordinate system in a three-dimensional space, in which an edge length of the cube is set to be a coordinate unit, a structure, in which x-coordinates, y-coordinates, and z-coordinates of atomic nuclei all together exist on even-numbered lattice points, or all together exist on odd-numbered lattice points, provides an extremely orderly crystal structure. |
