PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lateral flow device for a mainframe or a point-of-care clinical analyzer.SOLUTION: A lateral flow device includes: a planar support; and at least one sample addition region and at least one reaction region arranged on the planar support. The sample addition region and the reaction region are fluidly interconnected with each other, and form at least one lateral fluid passage. The lateral flow device is defined by a hollow interior, and subjected to size determination so as to be held in a storage cartridge of an analyzer including a plurality of lateral flow assay devices held with a lamination relationship in the hollow interior. |
