PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an emulsion fuel by adding water to the liquid fuel, such as heavy oil, diesel oil, tempura oil and regeneration oil from waste tempura oil, which does not use emulsifier, but uses tap water at hand, and produces the constant oil-to-water ratio emulsion having the same calory as heavy oil that can reduce the emission of sulfur oxide.SOLUTION: Fuel, such as heavy oil, diesel oil, tempura oil and regeneration oil from waste tempura oil, and water having the volume ratio of 8 to 26% to the fuel are mixed and put into a storage tank. They are mixed uniformly in the blending regulator of the tank, and sent to an emulsion generator. The oil and water are changed into the emulsion fuel in the generator by pressurized collision. The emulsion fuel has the same calory as heavy oil and can be burnt completely. |
