PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of an elevator which is remotely monitored.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring support device 120 is configured to acquire a floor signal indicating a floor at which a cage 102 of an elevator 101 locates from a control board 110 that controls operation of the elevator 101, determine whether the floor signal indicates a constant floor for a predetermined time on the basis of the acquired floor signal, each time it is determined that the floor signal indicates a constant floor for a predetermined time, count a stop frequency of the cage at the floor indicated by the floor signal, and store the counted stop frequency for each floor. When the remote monitoring support device 120 receives a diagnostic instruction from a control server computer 130, the remote monitoring support device 120 transmits information on the stop frequency for each floor stored in a memory 203 to the control server computer 130. |
