PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a sensor preventing a breakdown of a sensor due to an influence of an exterior environment, without being provided with a protection cover, and capable of accurately detecting a load applied on a bearing for a wheel or a tire ground surface for a long period.SOLUTION: In a wheel bearing 100, a rolling body 5 is interposed between a plurality of opposite rolling surfaces 3 and 4 of an outer member 1 and an inner member 2. A fixed side member of the outer member 1 and the inner member 2 has a vehicle body installing flange 1a attached to a knuckle 16 on an outer periphery. A plurality of sensor units 20 for detecting loads is fixed at a position on an inboard side rather than the flange 1a on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed side member. An installation space of the sensor units 20 is covered by the fixed side member and the knuckle 16, and the installation space of the sensor unit 20 is sealed by sealing means 28 and 29. |
