Provided is a tire shaping drum whereby, by alleviating a deviation between two adjacent segments, it is possible to improve quality of a tire member, and by reducing a cause of installation interruption, it is possible to improve tire manufacturing productivity. A tire shaping drum (1) comprises a central axle (2), a drum part (3) which is capable of expansion and contraction, and an expansion-contraction means (4) for changing the drum part (3). The drum part (3) has first segments (20) having first end faces (22) on both ends thereof in the circumference direction and second segments (21) having second end faces (24) alternately contiguous in the circumference direction, and a deviation prevention means disposed for alleviating deviation between the adjacent first end faces (22) and second end faces (24) when the drum part (3) is in a diameter expansion state (Ye). Thus, the first end faces (22) and the second end faces (24) respectively make close contact, it is possible to alleviate a change in circularity of the drum part, the outer diameter of the drum part, etc., and it is possible to improve quality of a tire member. |
