The elongated strip of material (1) has a binding edge (2) and at least one sequence of a pair of holes (3,4) for pins to go through. Near the sequence of holes are areas (19,20) each possessing a hole (17,18), partially detachable from the strip of material and each foldable on a bending edge (15,16). The hole of a folded-over part partially detached from the strip of material coincides with a hole in the sequence of holes (3,4) which have slits (11,12) opening towards the binding edge of the strip of material. The outlines (21,22) of the partially detachable areas are perforated to form nominal detachment parts in the strip of material.
