A compressor is provided for inflating the air bag element. A seat part (3) is attached to a seat frame of a vehicle seat through a four-bar. A resilient cover is covered in a back (5) of the motor car seat. A switch is provided to activate the compressor for inflating the air bag element when the seat part of the child seat is in use position.
