The box has a joint body (3.1) arranged between a seat (2) and a seat back (3). A chair i.e. stationary or mobile wheelchair, provides two sitting positions with different backrest angle and seat angle. Three joints are placed on a guide link. A link path is arranged below the seat. A three-folded backrest gear box and an actuator (4) e.g. electrical linear motor, are included in the box. The guide link is provided with an open or a closed contour, where width of the box is less than that of the seat. A frame (1) is connected with landing gears of a wheelchair.
