The device has bow elements (5,6,9) for building a support structure (2) for the provision of at least one climatization chamber (3). Grooves (27) are provided on ther bow elements for receiving retainers for a cover in order to seal and fit the chambers to the structure region facing the arches. Holders are provided along the outer contour of the bow elements facing the arches for holding the chambers. Two of the bow elements (5,6) are pivotally attached together so as to be able to tilt and hence fit tunnels having different profiles.
