Disclosed is a power circuit for an electronic trigger circuit (A), comprising a transformer (W) powered with a current to be monitored (I), a rectifier circuit (GL) and a capacitance (C). Between the capacitance (C) and the rectifier circuit (A), a switching member (S) is plugged which can be controlled using a comparator dependent on the capacitance voltage and the threshold voltage (Us). In the resting stage, i.e. when the current is relatively weak in the transformer (W), the switching member (S) is open.
