PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a metallic powder and granular material including waste liquid, capable of effectively removing a magnetic and nonmagnetic metallic powder and granular material from waste liquid discharged in various processing processes, and capable of using a device inexpensively installable even in a narrow place.SOLUTION: The processing method of the metallic powder and granular material including waste liquid comprises a first step of removing sludge S of the magnetic and nonmagnetic metallic powder and granular material from the inside of the waste liquid W2 by contacting the metallic powder and granular material including waste liquid W2 with a permanent magnet 16 and a second step of removing the sludge S of the metallic powder and granular material remaining after the first step by filtering the waste liquid w4 by passing through metallic mesh screens 28 and 29, and the first step removes the metallic powder and granular material S sucked to a permanent magnet plate 16 to an external part above a settling tank 2 by separating from the magnet plate 16 after sucking the sludge S of the magnetic and nonmagnetic metallic powder and granular material to a surface of the permanent magnet plate 16, by circulating while endlessly meandering a plurality of permanent magnet plates 16 in the settling tank 2 for successively supplying the waste liquid W2 including the metallic powder and granular material. |
