PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem such that a scale increase in power generation by a rotary blade system performed by using fluid is restricted by an increase in a structure stress as a rotation radius of the rotary blade increases and by a scale increase of a support structure of the rotary blade.SOLUTION: Energy is obtained by rotating a rotation body by using thrust when fluid flows out of an outlet of the rotation body while floating the rotation body in the fluid by means of a fluid force operating inside the rotation body by letting fluid in through an inlet of a hollow rotation body connected to a fixed part. An increase in a structure stress as a scale increases is suppressed, a support structure is simplified, and restriction by the scale increase is reduced.
