PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with excellent waterproofness.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 includes: a communication hole 200 having a communication part 260 provided with an annular step part 235 for contact, that connects a first communication part 230 and a second communication part 240; a connecting member 120 disposed by being inserted to the communication hole 200, and provided with an annular contact part 127 to be in surface contact with the step part 235 for contact, a first engaging part 123 disposed on the side of an end 122 on the side of a first opening 210, and a second engaging part 124 disposed on the side of an end 121 on the side of a second opening 220; a conductive first sheet metal member 110 having a third engaging part 114 to be engaged with the first engaging part 123; a conductive second sheet metal member 130 having a fourth engaging part 132 to be engaged with the second engaging part 124, for energizing the connecting member 120 to the side at which the contact part 127 is pressed to the step part 235 for contact; and a bonding member 400 for bonding the connecting member 120 and an inner surface in the communication hole 200. |
