PURPOSE: A bean sprout cultivation method is provided to completely block the insertion of sunlight, and to effectively absorb nutrients. CONSTITUTION: Soil components are inserted into a cultivation container. Beans (k) for growing bean sprouts are arranged on the soil components, and a first layer of the soil components (11) covers the beans (10). A second layer of the soil components (21) covers the bean sprouts (100) which has grown over the first layer of the soil components (20). A third layer of the soil components (31) covers the bean sprouts which has grown over the second layer of the soil components (30). The soil components selectively uses functional soil selected from yellow soil, elvan powder, jade powder, and germanium powder. The soil components are mixed with calcium, chitosan, and vitamins. |
