The vehicle is controlled by a walking driver and has a chassis (1) and a motor (2) for two independently driven wheels (3G/D). The front wheels are driven and the rear has a pivoting mounting to follow them. The motor is situated under the tilting hopper (20) and drives it through two transmission wheels including a left (G) and a right (D) allowing separate clutch control and braking of the driven wheels. The vehicle has a tilting hopper (20) pivoting on a horizontal axis situated at its centre of gravity. The motor can drive two plates (12G,15G;12D,15D) which have teeth to drive two small gears driving the wheels via chains.
