Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling the temperatures of steel. The disclosed invention includes: a temperature controlling unit for controlling the temperature of a designated part of steel which moves while being rolled by a roller; a position sensor for sensing variations in the position of the steel; and a control unit for controlling the maneuver of the temperature controlling unit so that the temperature controlling unit can be moved according to the variations in the position of the steel sensed by the position sensor.
