PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating nut and a floating bolt, which enable the nut or the bolt to be accurately moved only by a necessary distance without being accidentally moved in a plane direction.SOLUTION: A shank 4 is protrusively provided in the center of a second plate 3, passed through an opening 1 of a first plate 2, and fixed by a fastener 5 made of a leaf spring. The shank 4 is urged outward in an axial direction by the fastener 5. |
