PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high-pressure gas from flowing back in an output line to return contaminations collected by a filter to a tank side, when filling the gas.SOLUTION: A high-pressure gas filling/output system includes: an output line 18 for connecting a high-pressure tank 2 and an external connection port 17; a filling line 19 connected to the high-pressure tank 2, and merging with the output line 18; a filling side check valve 12 provided in the filling line 19, and permitting a flow of high-pressure gas flowing into the tank 2 and preventing a back flow of the gas; a solenoid valve 14 provided in the output line 18; a filter 13 provided on the tank 2 side rather than a merging portion 20 with the filling line 19 in the output line 18; an output side check valve 22 provided between the merging portion 20 and the filter 13 in the output line 18, and permitting a flow of the high-pressure gas flowing out from the tank 2 and preventing a backflow of the gas; and an overflow preventive valve 21 provided in the output line 18, and switching the output line 18 to be in a close state when differential pressure between inlet pressure on the tank 2 side and outlet pressure on the external connection port 17 side becomes set differential pressure or more. |
