PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate more accurate travel time information.SOLUTION: A travel time information generation system for generating travel time information in a road link on the basis of probe information of a probe vehicle running on the road link includes a vehicle detector 6, an estimation unit 22 and a setting unit 23. The estimation unit 22 specifies a non-probe vehicle from a plurality of vehicles detected by the vehicle detector 6, and estimates a time at which the specified non-probe vehicle stops on the road link. The setting unit 23 sets a travel time obtained on the basis of the estimated time at which the non-probe vehicle stops and the probe information of the probe vehicle running on the road link, as travel time information of the road link. |
