PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set and a control program capable of suppressing excessive power consumption by repetition of cell re-selection in the same cells.SOLUTION: In a portable telephone set which performs radio communication with base stations of respective cells, execution time of a cell re-selection operation when the cell re-selection operation is executed in an area where the plurality of cells overlap, and information specifying the cells before and after transfer are associated and stored in a storage part. When the cell re-selection operation is performed for a prescribed number of times or more within prescribed time between the cells stored in the storage part, processing for weighting and smoothing a reception level of the respective cells is performed. |
