PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an initial phase difference among a plurality of transmitters/receivers in a short time and compensate it.SOLUTION: A transmitter inputs from a phase controller a first reference signal Sof a frequency flower for fthan a frequency fof a transmission RF signal and a second reference signal Sof a frequency fhigher for fvia a cable and feeds back a first feedback signal Safter converting the frequency of the transmission RF signal and a second feedback signal Sto the phase controller via the cable. The phase controller detects phase differences between the first and second feedback signals Sand Sand between first and second feedback signals Sand Sfrom a k-th transmitter respectively, detects initial phase differences in respective transmitters on the basis of a fact that absolute values of the respective phase differences become equal, and controls a phase of a transmission IF signal to be transmitted to the respective transmitters so that the phase difference between the first and second feedback signals becomes constant on the basis of the initial phase differences.
