PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade member that maintains a slide contact state between an object and the blade member to reliably reduce the occurrence of noise, a cleaning device, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A blade member 15a is provided with a holding member 15a3 that is interposed between a holder member 15a2 and a structure 15c of a cleaning device 15 to hold the holder member 15a2 to the structure 15c, and changes holding strength of the holder member 15a2 to the structure 15c on the basis of a detection result of sound pressure detection means 15d for detecting sound pressure occurring in the vicinity of a leading edge part of a blade body 15a1 or the position of the holder member 15a2. |
