PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket assembly whose flow is changed and that is cooled by a cooling liquid control element.SOLUTION: A turbomachine bucket assembly 44 includes a rotor member 86 including a body having a center portion and an outer edge portion 93 joined by a web 95. The rotor member 86 includes one or more cooling fluid conduits 98 having a dimension, and an inlet 102 arranged at the outer edge 93. A plurality of blades 46 are provided on the rotor member 86 and mechanically linked to the outer edge 93. Each of the plurality of blades 46 includes an internal cooling passage 100 that is fluid-connected to the one or more cooling fluid conduits 98. A cooling fluid control element 124 is provided at each of the one or more cooling fluid conduits 98. The cooling fluid control element 102 is configured and disposed to adjust the dimension of the one or more cooling fluid conduits 98 to alter fluid flow into the plurality of blades 46.
