<p>The line system comprises a primary pipe (2) such as hot water pipe and secondary pipe (3) such as cold water pipe. The locking valve unit (6) is provided to open and close primary pipe and secondary pipe. The reciprocable slide (7) is provided between the primary pipe and secondary pipe. The liquid pressure building up in closed pipe is applied in control area (10) provided in side of slide. The slide is moved by liquid pressure into position that closes the other pipe at the end of certain period of time when limit pressure is reached.</p>
