A fixing device for a photographing target for a three-dimensional scanner according to the present invention comprises a base; a rotation frame which is installed on the top of the base to be horizontally rotated and through which a photographing area passes to allow a photographing target to be positioned inside the rotation frame; and a fixing jig which is movably installed around the edge of the rotation frame and which fixes the photographing target to the inside of the photographing area to grasp the photographing target.
